Jennifer
Receptionist
Jennifer joined the Noble West Animal Hospital team in March 2021. She moved from Memphis, Tennessee to Indiana in 2004 to attend Ball State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in French and a Minor in Dance Performance. Her lifelong love of animals and customer service background led her to her role as one of our customer service representatives.
Jennifer lives in Westfield with her husband (Gage) and son (Will) along with their energetic rescue pup (Pip) and their sweet cat (Schultz). In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, exploring local trails and spending time with her family.

Carly
Receptionist
Carly started at Noble West Animal Hospital in January 2022 as a Receptionist. Carly’s love for animals started when she was 9 years old, volunteering at a Humane Society. Before she started here with us, she was working at a doggy daycare. It was soon realized that she wanted to be more involved in the hands-on care of pets.
To simplify her commute, Carly moved to Noblesville in 2022 shortly after starting at our clinic. After working a couple years as our wonderful Receptionist, she realized she wanted to be more involved and take on additional responsibilities to support the clinic in a more hands-on, involved capacity. She realized she had more of a passion, contributing more directly to the care and well-being of our patients.
Before moving to Indiana in 2019 she lived in Okinawa, Japan where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business. She now lives with her Chocolate Lab Mix named Mac. Carly and Mac love going on hikes together and being outdoors. She enjoys trying different restaurants and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Usha Kappagantula

Dr. Kappagantula is the lead veterinarian and owner of Noble West Animal Hospital. After receiving her veterinary degree from India in 1997, she moved to the United States in 2000 to pursue the ECFVG program at Purdue University. Since moving to Fishers, IN, in 2004, she has been practicing veterinary medicine in Hamilton County. Her professional interests include internal medicine, dermatology, dentistry, and exotics. She is an active member of the AVMA, VetGirl, Vetfolio, and VetBloom. As an active member of AVMA and VIN, she continues to participate in continuing education seminars and national conferences. Outside of her work life, she enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and two kids.

Kendra
Veterinary Technician
Kendra Brown started here at Noble West Animal Hospital in June 2018. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Veterinary Technology from Penn Foster and has been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2015. She is currently employed as an RVT and our Practice Manager here at Noble West.
Kendra resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband (Jordan) and her 5 fur babies. Living just outside of town, they get to enjoy a little taste of country life with their Chiweenie (Leia), LaHoodle (Rose), Bernese Mountain Dog (Callie), Torti Cat (Khaleesi) and her XL Black and White Cat (MoonCake). Kendra enjoys being outside with her pets, doing DIY projects and spending quality time with friends and family.

Laramie
Groomer
Laramie has been with Noble West Animal Hospital since May 2016. Her love of animals and passion for grooming has stayed with her for many years. Her professional certification began at Petco. She studied and worked as a Pet Stylist, Mentor and canine behavioral trainer.
Laramie lives on and maintains a 5-acre farm in Sheridan, Indiana. There she has a variety of animals, including chickens, a pot-bellied pig and a cat named Cali. She’s also very lucky to share her home with her husband Tyler (a welder and fabricator of metal), her spirited son Logan and her beautiful daughter Dani Belle.
Laramie lives a very full and busy lifestyle filled with the love of her family and pets. However, she never lets anything get in the way of her love for animals and her devotion to our clinic and her clients. We are very happy and proud to have her on our team!
